Then there is the Dinosaur Park (Kodomo no Mori) is in the Shinagawa Area.
Dinosaur Park and playground is 8 mins (approx 800 yen) in a cab from Shinagawa Station OR you can take a 3 min train ride to Shimbamba Station and then walk for 7 mins.
It’s quite small but my kids absolutely love coming here and then it’s always hard to get them to leave (!!)
There are public restrooms but no change table. There are vending machines for drinks.
Approximately 18 mins from Tokyo Station if you travel by train.

For other suggestions for family-friendly options in this area, see my Shinagawa with Kids post here.
Or if, like mine, your kids love Dinosaurs and Godzilla too – all the Dino spots in Tokyo are here.
And if you just really like cool, retro playgrounds? See my post here.
For afterwards, if you’re looking for a meal in this area, I recommend TY Harbor & Breadworks – 10 minutes by car or 16 minutes on foot.
I highly recommend a visit to Breadworks (opens from 8am) and a walk along the river. If you hang around a few more hours I also highly recommend the beautiful TY Harbor Brewery for brunch or lunch.
If you really like this bakery, there is another breadworks in Omotesando too.
