While I wouldn’t call myself makeup or skincare obsessed, I do know which products I like and keep buying over and over in Japan.
If you do want to follow some sites who really do know what they are talking about when it comes to J-Beauty – I recommend following Tokyo Beauty Book and Shit Skin Chat.
1. Canmake Blush
This is just a drugstore brand and so affordable but I keep buying it over and over. It’s like a cream blush and I also dab it on my lips over lip gloss.
2. Saborino Face Masks
This is like a pack of wet wipes but it’s a pack of face masks. Genius! The packs are in lots of colours and different scents for different seasons. These are sold in drugstores or Amazon Japan.
3. Lycee Eyedrops
I think I read that Victoria Beckham bought these in Japan a lot during the nineties and I had to try. They make the whites of your eyes so so white.
Look for them in any Japanese drugstore.
4. Canmake Gel Eyeliner
This is also great if you really like a super thin liquid eyeliner – the option called K-Palette One Day Tattoo is also great.
