Hello!
I made one of these for Tokyo and so many people have said it really helped them for tired nights, when someone was ill, they were jet lagged etc.
These are my current uber eats favourites in Kyoto that are listed in English. Let me know if there is somewhere yummy that I have missed!
I’ve left out western fast food & Japanese burger chains as I don’t think anyone needs much handholding for that one.
So… here we go ( in no particular order…)
– Sukiya OR Yoshinoya ( several locations to choose from. Japan’s sukiyaki / marinated meat dishes served on rice. Very reasonably priced. Good comfort food)
– Paul (several locations to choose from. French style bakery & patisserie)
– Eggs’n’ Things ( several locations to choose from. all day egg-based breakfast, brunch and pancakes)
– Blue Bottle Coffee ( several locations to choose from. Coffee, light meals)
– Brûlée Creme Brûlée Donuts ( Donuts & Coffee)
– “In the Green” ( Italian. Most options only written in Japanese but they always have a pasta of the day and a really good margherita pizza so you can just click the picture or use google translate)
